Our focus for this term is ‘The Feel Good Factor’


We have been exploring what it means to be mindful, relaxed and many great ways to help you achieve happiness. 


So far, we have enjoyed lots of new experiences like drumming, guided mediation, dancing, singing and many more! 


We are really excited to see what else we can discover this term on our journey to feeling good and spreading the feel good factor!
