Welcome to our website where you will find all sorts of information about our wonderful school. We are really proud of our school and the team of pupils, staff, parents, volunteers and governors who work tirelessly to ensure our children are happy and enjoy their learning. The children tell us about how they feel safe and looked after, along with their learning being fun and engaging.

We also work closely with our Central Region Schools Trust family, which now includes 12 schools across the Midlands. These links enhance the transition from First to Middle and Middle to High school. The schools are collaborating on areas of the curriculum and learning and teaching to ensure progressive and consistently high quality provision.

Abbeywood is instrumental in driving the Primary Curriculum in all the CRST schools where primary age pupils attend. We also provide professional development training through the Teach Central and Central Professional Learning, ensuring that our teachers are continuing to develop as well.
